All prices include consumption tax. 表示価格はすべて税込です。
Additional fees 商品代金以外の必要料金: Customers cover their own transport to the meeting point and any admission fees for themselves. If a shooting location charges a photography or facility fee, it is passed on at cost, and the amount is confirmed with the customer before the booking is confirmed. Kimono rental and dressing are arranged and paid for by the customer, as is permission to shoot at a venue the customer chooses (such as a hotel, restaurant or café). Permission for the usual locations (Ohori Park, Maizuru Park, shrines in Fukuoka City, Dazaifu Tenmangu) is arranged by us. Card currency conversion fees, if any, are set by your card issuer. 集合場所までの交通費・入場料等はお客様のご負担となります。撮影場所で撮影料・施設利用料が必要な場合は実費をご負担いただき、金額はご予約確定前にお知らせします。着物のレンタル・着付け、およびお客様が選んだ施設（ホテル・飲食店・カフェなど）での撮影許可は、お客様ご自身でご手配・ご負担ください。定番スポットの撮影許可は当方で手配します。
Payment method 支払方法: Credit or debit card via Stripe (secure online payment). クレジットカード・デビットカード決済（Stripe）
Payment timing 支払時期: After we confirm your requested date, we send a payment link. Please pay in full within 48 hours of receiving it; your booking is confirmed once payment is complete. If payment is not made by then, the date is released. ご希望日時を確認・確定したのち、決済リンクをお送りします。受け取りから48時間以内に全額をお支払いください。お支払いの完了をもってご予約確定とし、期限までにお支払いがない場合は日程の確保を解除します。
Service delivery 役務の提供時期: The photo session takes place on the confirmed date and time. 5 edited preview photos (Quick Teaser) are delivered within 24 hours of the session, and the full gallery within 7 days, via a private online link. For the Your Camera Session, photos are taken on the customer’s own device during the session; there is no editing or online delivery. 撮影はご予約確定日時に実施します。撮影後24時間以内に先行写真5枚、7日以内に全データをオンラインで納品します。Your Camera Sessionはお客様ご自身の端末で撮影するため、レタッチ・オンライン納品はありません。
Unavailable dates 予約不成立の場合: If the requested date is unavailable, we will reply within 24 hours and suggest other dates. No payment is taken until a date is confirmed. ご希望日時でお受けできない場合は、24時間以内にご連絡のうえ、別の日時をご提案します。日程が確定するまで、お支払いは発生しません。
Cancellations & refunds キャンセル・返金: 7 or more days before the session: full refund

2–6 days before: 50% refund

Within 48 hours, or no-show: non-refundable

Cancellation due to bad weather or by the photographer: free reschedule or 100% refund

Free rescheduling is available up to 48 hours before the session, subject to availability. Refunds are made to the original card via Stripe. Due to the nature of the service, refunds are not available after the session has taken place. 撮影7日前まで全額返金、2〜6日前は50%返金、48時間以内・無断キャンセルは返金不可。悪天候・撮影者都合の場合は無料振替または全額返金。役務の性質上、撮影実施後の返金はいたしかねます。
